Message: hi! Im 16years old and I am planning on getting my tongue peirced and a lower back tattoo... and Im mainly looking at Tidewater to get them done since some of my friends have had tattoos done by Rob, even my dad. But what I was wondering is since I am only 16 do I need to bring a parent with me or just someone over the age of 18? Replies to this post
